AvePoint is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to analyze business processes and develop software requirements. You'll work closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for enterprise software solutions. This position requires 5+ years of experience in a relevant field.

Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within the enterprise software solutions space. You excel at analyzing business processes and translating technical information into business language, ensuring clarity for both technical and non-technical audiences. Your strong communication skills enable you to proactively engage with stakeholders, fostering collaboration and understanding.
You are adept at leading requirements gathering and analysis activities, preparing comprehensive documentation such as Business Requirements Documents and Use Cases. Your experience includes participating in testing activities and designing methods and procedures for both internal and external projects. You thrive in environments that value agility and teamwork, bringing fresh ideas and a passion for continuous improvement.
What you'll do
In this role, you will analyze business processes and applicable automated systems, developing As-Is and To-Be descriptions to guide software development. You will elicit requirements for software projects, document and evaluate the gathered information, and work on deliverables that include functional requirements and interface designs. Your ability to communicate effectively will be crucial as you collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish technical visions and analyze trade-offs between usability and performance.
You will support project managers and team members in planning deliverables, scope, and schedules, ensuring that projects align with business objectives. Your proactive approach will help you identify information needs and functional requirements, contributing to the overall success of the Customer Success division at AvePoint.
