Overview
AvePoint is hiring a Cloud Developer to create and maintain application code libraries and services. You'll work with AWS and Terraform to support application migration and implementation. This role requires experience in cloud services and infrastructure as code.

Who you are
You have a solid background in cloud development, particularly with AWS, and are comfortable creating and maintaining application code libraries. Your experience includes working with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code, allowing you to automate and manage cloud resources effectively. You are skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges, often collaborating with application teams to implement solutions. Your familiarity with SQL enables you to perform investigations and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams, including cloud and application teams, to ensure successful application migration and implementation. Your understanding of Agile methodologies allows you to contribute effectively to software design and development processes. You are passionate about leveraging cloud technologies to enhance digital workplace solutions and are eager to make a significant impact in your role.
What you'll do
As a Cloud Developer at AvePoint, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and supporting shared application code libraries and common services. You will resolve technical challenges faced by application teams through Proof of Concept and provide AWS Technical Support. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams, including the application team and cloud team, to facilitate application migration or implementation in AWS Government Commercial Cloud (GCC).
You will support the creation, maintenance, and execution of Terraform Infrastructure as Code for applications, ensuring that cloud services are implemented and configured correctly. Your responsibilities will also include designing and developing software using Agile methodologies, allowing you to contribute to the overall success of the projects. You will perform investigations and troubleshoot issues by developing scripts and SQL queries, ensuring that applications run smoothly and efficiently.
