What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of engineers dedicated to building and supporting the networking and operational infrastructure for Microsoft’s National Partner Clouds. You will be responsible for ensuring that these specialized cloud environments comply with local data laws while enabling secure cross-domain data transfer between Azure and the NPCs. Your leadership will guide the team in developing solutions that meet both operational needs and regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including local operations teams, to ensure that the NPC operations infrastructure is robust and secure. Your role will involve mentoring your team members, conducting performance reviews, and facilitating career development opportunities.
