AvePoint is seeking a CRM Developer Engineer to configure and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 systems. You'll work closely with public agency IT teams and the R&D team to deliver CRM solutions. This role requires 3-5 years of experience in CRM development.
Job Description
Who you are
You have 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a CRM Specialist, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics 365 in both on-premise and online environments. Your proficiency in configuring and customizing CRM systems allows you to meet evolving business needs effectively. You are detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality solutions, and you thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Business Analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and propose CRM-based solutions.
Your technical skills include developing custom CRM plugins and performing form customizations using JavaScript and the Dynamics 365 SDK. You have experience in designing and implementing workflows, business rules, and process automation within Dynamics 365 to support business requirements. You are also familiar with integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems via WebAPI and SFTP, ensuring secure authentication and data handling practices.
What you'll do
In this role, you will set up and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments, including system settings and security roles. You will design and implement workflows and business rules to automate processes that align with business objectives. Collaborating with remote R&D teams, you will troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related incidents and technical issues, ensuring smooth operations.
You will actively participate in workshops and solution reviews, gathering insights from stakeholders to refine CRM solutions. Your role will also involve utilizing CI/CD pipelines to implement secure coding practices during CRM solution deployment. You will be expected to work independently and manage your time effectively, especially when under tight deadlines.
