Job Description
Who you are
You have a diploma from a recognized polytechnic, preferably in an IT-related field, and prior experience in technical support. Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills enable you to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders, demonstrating a strong customer service mindset. You are resourceful and adaptable, able to work with minimal supervision while being proactive and self-motivated in a fast-paced environment. Your internet-savvy nature and proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, make you well-equipped for this role. Additionally, you possess a basic knowledge of Atlassian JIRA and ideally have experience with Confluence, which adds value to your technical support capabilities.
What you'll do
As an Operations Support Analyst, you will provide technical support to end users, addressing various technical issues related to hardware and software. You will respond to, document, resolve, or escalate incidents, change requests, or service tickets in a timely manner, adhering to Service Level Agreements. Your role will involve upholding service level requirements and striving for continuous service improvement by delivering quality technical support. You may be required to be on standby with on-call availability, working varied shifts that include nights, weekends, and holidays. You will analyze problems, identify interdependencies, and develop creative solutions with supervision, displaying sound judgment and initiative when action is required.
