Desirable

What you'll do

In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and reliability of AvePoint's software systems. You will collaborate with the Product Owner and Business Analyst to craft user story acceptance criteria and analyze complex software systems to design comprehensive test strategies. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining test suites, including test scenarios and test cases, to ensure thorough coverage of all functionalities.

You will conduct research on emerging technologies to enhance testing processes and develop test automation frameworks that improve efficiency. Your role will also involve performing time-boxed exploratory testing and managing the regression test suite in QA nightly builds, ensuring that all software releases meet the highest quality standards.

You will lead system integration testing efforts and work closely with development teams to identify and resolve issues early in the development cycle. Your contributions will help shape the testing culture within the organization, driving improvements in agile testing practices and fostering a collaborative environment focused on quality.
