What you'll do

In this role, you will take on the responsibility of defining the quality engineering strategy for OKX’s core platforms — you will lead initiatives that focus on enhancing system resilience through chaos engineering practices. Collaborating with backend engineers and platform teams, you will influence the design of distributed systems to ensure they are fault-tolerant and capable of handling production workloads. You will also be involved in mentoring junior QA engineers, sharing your expertise to foster a culture of quality within the team.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing and executing test plans, identifying areas for improvement in system reliability, and implementing best practices in quality assurance. You will work closely with development teams to integrate testing into the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring that quality is maintained at every stage of the software development process. Additionally, you will analyze system performance metrics and provide actionable insights to enhance overall system quality.
