Job Description
Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience as a Visual/UI/Web Designer, showcasing a strong portfolio that highlights your ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces. Your educational background includes a degree or diploma in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. You possess a solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy, which allows you to craft designs that are not only beautiful but also functional.
You are proficient in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, and Figma. Your experience includes working in cross-functional teams, collaborating with UX researchers and developers to shape user experiences across digital platforms. You are committed to maintaining brand consistency and ensuring that your designs are accessible to all users.
What you'll do
In this role, you will develop intuitive and aesthetically appealing interfaces for websites and applications, focusing on user interface design. You will create icons, illustrations, and other UI assets while ensuring that all designs adhere to brand guidelines. Your responsibilities will also include designing responsive and adaptive layouts that work seamlessly across various screen sizes and devices.
You will build low-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes to test design concepts, collaborating closely with UX researchers to understand user needs and improve user experiences. Maintaining design systems will be a key part of your role, ensuring consistency across platforms. You will conduct usability testing and implement accessible design principles, continuously refining and evolving designs based on user feedback and testing.
