What you'll do

As the Director of Enterprise Business Operations, you will partner closely with senior leadership across Product, Engineering, Finance, GTM, and Operations. Your primary responsibility will be to define priorities and streamline processes that enhance organizational efficiency. You will measure performance metrics to ensure the business is on track to meet its long-term objectives. Your role will involve driving real change within the organization, fostering collaboration among teams, and enabling high-impact decision-making. You will also be responsible for identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies that support the company's mission to protect life and enhance safety and justice.
