What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving cross-functional execution and improving organizational efficiency at Axon. You will partner closely with senior leadership across Product, Engineering, Finance, GTM, and Operations to define priorities and streamline processes. Your focus will be on enabling high-impact decision-making that accelerates the business toward its long-term objectives. You will take ownership of various initiatives, ensuring that they align with the company's mission to protect life and address critical safety and justice issues.

You will work collaboratively with teams to measure performance and identify areas for improvement, leveraging data and insights to inform your decisions. Your role will involve navigating complex business challenges and implementing solutions that enhance operational effectiveness. You will also play a key role in fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the organization.
