What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of Axon's Finance Systems portfolio, leading the delivery and ongoing management of critical finance platforms. You will spearhead high-visibility initiatives aimed at enhancing finance operations, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations while driving efficiency. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, engineering, and product management, to align technology solutions with business needs.

You will be responsible for defining the product roadmap for finance systems, prioritizing features based on stakeholder feedback and business impact. Your role will involve conducting user research to understand the needs of finance teams and translating those insights into product requirements. You will also monitor the performance of finance systems, using data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
