What you'll do

As the Manager of Solutions Architects, you will lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional solution architecture across Axon’s Real-Time Operations offerings. You will spend approximately 80% of your time managing your team and ensuring successful project delivery, while the remaining 20% will involve supporting unique client engagements that require your technical expertise. You will implement and scale high-quality solution design processes, partnering closely with the Sr. Manager and other cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.

Your role will involve coaching and mentoring your team members, providing them with the technical and project guidance they need to excel. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality and productivity in solution delivery, ensuring that your team is equipped to meet the demands of mission-critical, customer-facing engagements. You will also play a key role in shaping the future of Axon’s solutions, driving innovation and excellence in every project.
