What you'll do
As a Product Customer Success Manager at Axon, you will take ownership of customer relationships and drive the success of our Vehicle Intelligence products. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and ensure they are getting the most out of our solutions. Your role will involve providing expert guidance and education to help customers optimize their workflows and achieve their goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product development, to relay customer feedback and drive product improvements. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. Your efforts will directly contribute to the overall success of the Customer Success Services team and the mission of Axon.
