Axon is seeking a Product Customer Success Manager for Vehicle Intelligence to drive product engagement and customer satisfaction. You have a strong background in customer success, ideally with experience in technology solutions. You understand the importance of driving product adoption and enhancing customer experiences. Your ability to connect with diverse perspectives allows you to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams alike. You are proactive in identifying customer needs and ensuring they receive the support necessary to succeed with Axon's products. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by a mission that matters. You are comfortable with travel, as this role requires 30-40% travel to engage with customers directly.

What you'll do

As the Product Customer Success Manager for Vehicle Intelligence, you will take ownership of customer engagement strategies for Axon's vehicle technology solutions. You will work closely with customers to ensure they are effectively utilizing products like Axon Outpost and Fleet systems. Your role will involve educating customers on best practices and optimizing their workflows to enhance operational efficiency. You will also be responsible for gathering feedback from customers to inform product development and improvements. Collaborating with the Customer Success Services team, you will help drive community development and long-term product adoption. You will play a key role in simplifying and amplifying Axon's customer success impact, ensuring that customers have standout experiences with our products.
