What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for Mobile, you will lead and grow a team focused on designing technology for Axon's mobile applications — your role will involve defining and staffing the next wave of mobile offerings, ensuring that the team is equipped to tackle upcoming challenges. You will collaborate daily with software engineers, product managers, designers, and a Release Manager to turn bold product concepts into reality.

You will set the technical direction for the team, ensuring high standards of code quality and system design — your expertise will guide the team in implementing best practices for mobile development, including observability and release management. You will also be responsible for mentoring engineers, helping them grow their skills and advance their careers within the company.
