What you'll do

In this role, you will manage and execute HR initiatives across multiple international countries, primarily focusing on Australia, LATAM, and Canada. You will ensure consistency and compliance in people operations while driving excellence in HR practices. Your responsibilities will include advising business leaders on HR matters, addressing employee relations issues, and implementing HR strategies that align with Axon's mission to Protect Life.

You will collaborate closely with colleagues within People Operations to streamline processes and enhance the employee experience. Your role will require you to stay informed about local laws, regulations, and ordinances to empower employees and support their best work. You will also play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture that reflects Axon's values and mission.
