What you'll do

In your role as an HR Generalist at Xcimer Energy, you will play a key role in supporting employees by executing core HR functions that enhance the people strategy. You will be responsible for managing employee onboarding processes and facilitating new employee orientation to ensure a smooth transition into the company. Compliance with HR policies and best practices will be a critical aspect of your role, and you will work to ensure that all HR functions are aligned with these standards.

You will administer the HRIS and create necessary documentation to support various HR initiatives. Your role will also involve providing day-to-day employee support and service, addressing any HR-related inquiries, and fostering a positive work environment. You will collaborate with other HR team members to implement learning technologies that promote employee development and engagement.
