Who you are
You have a strong background in instructional design, particularly in video and digital content development. Your experience includes creating engaging learning experiences that effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences. You understand the importance of user-centered design and are skilled at leveraging technology to enhance learning outcomes. You are a collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about making a difference in public safety.
Desirable
Experience with eLearning authoring tools and video production software is a plus. Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies will help you excel in this role. You are comfortable working with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy in training materials.
What you'll do
In this role, you will design and develop high-quality learning experiences that support the adoption and effective use of Axonβs expanding portfolio of products and platforms. You will create engaging video content and eLearning modules that help public safety professionals build confidence in using Axonβs technology. Collaborating with the Global Training Services team, you will ensure that training materials are relevant, up-to-date, and aligned with industry standards. You will also evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements based on feedback and assessment data.
