Desirable

Experience with eLearning authoring tools and video production software is a plus. Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies will help you excel in this role. You are comfortable working with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy in training materials.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design and develop high-quality learning experiences that support the adoption and effective use of Axon’s expanding portfolio of products and platforms. You will create engaging video content and eLearning modules that help public safety professionals build confidence in using Axon’s technology. Collaborating with the Global Training Services team, you will ensure that training materials are relevant, up-to-date, and aligned with industry standards. You will also evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements based on feedback and assessment data.
