You understand the importance of quality assurance in instructional design, performing detailed reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency with branding standards. You are adaptable and open to feedback, continuously seeking ways to improve the training content you create. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality educational experiences.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and updating eLearning materials that engage learners and support their educational journeys. You will collaborate with SMEs to ensure that the content is structured effectively and meets the learning objectives. Your role will involve performing quality assurance checks on the training materials to maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency. You will also be tasked with refining existing content to enhance its effectiveness and relevance. As part of the OPSWAT Academy team, you will contribute to the growth and success of the eLearning platform, helping to create impactful learning experiences in the field of cybersecurity. You will stay updated on best practices in instructional design and eLearning technologies, applying this knowledge to your work. Your contributions will play a crucial role in supporting learners and ensuring they receive the best possible training.
