You have a solid background in instructional design, with experience in creating engaging eLearning content that meets educational objectives. You are skilled in collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to structure and refine content, ensuring it aligns with learner needs. Your proficiency in tools like Articulate 360 allows you to develop intuitive and interactive training materials that enhance the learning experience. You understand the importance of quality assurance in instructional design, performing detailed reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency with branding standards. You are adaptable and open to feedback, continuously seeking ways to improve the training content you create. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality educational experiences.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and updating eLearning materials that engage learners and support their educational journeys.
