You have experience in security operations, ideally within a corporate environment, where you've developed skills in monitoring alarms and responding to emergencies. Your ability to manage sensitive situations with discretion and maintain confidentiality is paramount in this role. You understand the importance of creating a secure environment for employees, clients, and partners, and you are comfortable utilizing advanced technology to monitor and respond to security incidents.

You are a proactive communicator, able to coordinate with various teams, including emergency response teams and law enforcement, to ensure safety and security. Your attention to detail allows you to create accurate dispatch records and incident reports, contributing to the overall safety strategy of the organization. What you'll do

As a GSOC Security Officer at Axon, you will monitor alarms, including fire, door, and duress alarms, while answering routine and emergency calls. You will be responsible for monitoring CCTV to protect the building and assets, preventing or responding to any potential crimes. Your role will involve responding to life safety incidents, such as medical emergencies and natural disasters, and dispatching security officers, emergency response teams, police, fire, and EMS personnel as needed.

You will create dispatch records for each officer deployed during your shift and initiate incident reports and work orders as necessary. Your ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and maintain the company's confidentiality and information security practices will be crucial. You will work closely with the Global Security Operations Manager to ensure that all security protocols are followed and that the environment remains secure for all stakeholders.
