You are an experienced security professional with a proven track record in monitoring and incident response coordination. You thrive in fast-paced environments and can work both independently and as part of a team. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders is essential, as you will be the point-of-contact for security matters across multiple facilities. You have a strong understanding of security operations and are dedicated to maintaining a safe environment.
You possess excellent investigative skills, allowing you to thoroughly analyze incidents and coordinate information gathering with responding security personnel. Your attention to detail ensures that incident reports are accurate and timely, which is crucial for effective incident management. You are comfortable notifying and coordinating with onsite first responders, stakeholders, and local law enforcement during emergencies, demonstrating your ability to handle high-pressure situations.
What you'll do
As a Security Protective Operations Center Operator at SpaceX, you will be responsible for monitoring daily global incidents that may impact operations. You will coordinate day-to-day logistics for incident response, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively. Your role will involve monitoring camera feeds and security alarms, as well as conducting video reviews to support incident investigations.
