What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the global Deal Enablement and Quoting functions, ensuring that Axon maintains a high standard of commercial excellence. You will oversee the entire deal lifecycle, from contract negotiation to pricing execution, and will be responsible for shaping deal governance and customer experience standards. Your strategic leadership will help streamline operations and enhance the overall efficiency of sales transactions.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop policies and processes that support Axon's sales end markets. Your insights will drive improvements in the customer contract and quote lifecycle, ensuring that both internal and external stakeholders have a seamless experience. You will also play a critical role in empowering your teams to perform at their best, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
