What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the global Deal Enablement and Quoting functions, ensuring that Axon delivers exceptional customer experiences throughout the sales transaction process. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, Legal, IT, and Customer Success, to shape deal governance and pricing execution. Your responsibilities will include driving policy development and process design to enhance operational excellence. You will lead a team dedicated to supporting Axon's specific sales end markets, ensuring they have a deep understanding of unique customer and industry requirements. Your strategic leadership will be crucial in optimizing the Quote-to-Cash cycle, enabling Axon to achieve its mission of protecting life through innovative solutions. You will also play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging your team to identify opportunities for process simplification and operational efficiency.
