What you'll do

As a Principal Product Manager at Axon, you will be a founding member of a new team dedicated to creating innovative products that leverage AI and cloud technology. You will take the lead in developing product roadmaps, conducting user research, and defining success metrics for new offerings. Your role will involve close collaboration with engineering teams to ensure that product development aligns with customer needs and market demands.

You will engage directly with enterprise customers to gather feedback and validate product concepts, ensuring that the solutions you develop effectively address their operational challenges. Your responsibilities will include managing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive execution, and continuously iterating on products based on user feedback and market trends.

In addition to product development, you will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the team, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion within the enterprise market. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior product managers and fostering a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and creativity.
