You have a proven track record in sales management, with at least 5 years of experience leading teams to exceed sales targets. Your strategic oversight combined with hands-on leadership allows you to elevate team performance and drive exceptional results. You possess strong analytical skills and are proficient in using Salesforce to track performance metrics and inform strategic decision-making. Your ability to collaborate across business functions ensures that sales processes align with organizational goals, making you a key player in driving the company's mission forward.
What you'll do
As the Manager of Inside Sales at Axon, you will oversee a team of 7-10 sales representatives, guiding them to meet and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales revenue and productivity targets. You will implement performance tracking systems and recognition programs to maximize individual and collective success. Your role involves monitoring and tracking sales rep performance, identifying strengths and areas for improvement, and providing data-driven coaching.
You will work closely with the Senior Manager of Inside Sales-West to align your team's efforts with broader organizational objectives. Your leadership will help maintain a high-performance culture, ensuring that your team remains motivated and engaged while achieving their sales goals. You will also be responsible for traveling 20% of the time to meet clients and support your team in the field.
