What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer II on the Entity Graph team, you will lead the design and implementation of services that connect various entities within Axon's ecosystem. Your work will involve architecting solutions that provide unified views of incidents and evidence, directly impacting the effectiveness of public safety operations. You will collaborate closely with product managers and other engineers to define requirements and ensure that the systems you build meet user needs.

You will take charge of complex cross-team initiatives, setting technical direction and ensuring that best practices are followed throughout the development process. Your role will also include mentoring junior engineers, helping them grow their skills and understanding of system design and reliability. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of code quality and performance, conducting code reviews, and implementing testing strategies to ensure the robustness of the systems you develop.

In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on solutions, ensuring that the products you help build are not only functional but also user-friendly.
