What you'll do
As a Technical Product Recruiter at Axon, you will own the full-cycle recruiting process for various product-facing roles within the R&D organization. You will partner closely with product leaders to understand their hiring needs and develop strategies to attract top talent. Your role will involve advising the business on market trends and talent insights, ensuring that the recruitment process aligns with Axon's mission. You will be responsible for creating a positive candidate experience, from initial outreach to final interviews, and will work to foster a diverse and inclusive hiring environment.
