What you'll do
As a Workplace Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the Axonify Headquarters office space in Waterloo. You will create and maintain a welcoming and efficient environment for all employees, balancing various priorities to ensure smooth operations. You will assist with employee onboarding processes and contribute to the design and execution of office-based employee experience initiatives.
You will support the execution of various employee programs and participate in planning year-round employee experience strategies. Your role will involve measuring the effectiveness of in-office events and gathering feedback to continuously improve the workplace experience. You will collaborate closely with the People & Culture team to ensure that all initiatives align with the company's goals and values.
