Job Description
Who you are
You have at least 6 years of professional experience in Backend Software Engineering, specifically building scalable distributed systems. Your proficiency in Python spans a minimum of 5 years, during which you've developed core backend applications that are robust and efficient. You possess proven expertise in Linux internals, Networking, and Docker containerization, allowing you to navigate complex system configurations with ease. Your problem-solving skills are exceptional, demonstrated by your track record of diagnosing and resolving intricate performance and architectural issues that others cannot. You thrive in collaborative environments, acting as a technical lighthouse for your team and guiding them through challenging engineering problems.
Desirable
Experience with cloud infrastructure and telemetry data analysis would be a plus, as would familiarity with agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration. You are comfortable leading architectural decisions and have a keen interest in platform innovation to improve R&D efficiency and prevent recurring technical debt.
