What you'll do

As a Revenue Cycle Analyst at Bandwidth, you will be responsible for confirming the completion of M07 and S07 jobs, utilizing multiple systems to correct errors and ensure accurate billing. You will run monthly queries during the billing cycle to validate charges associated with NRC and MRC jobs, documenting the total amount of revenue associated. Additionally, you will quarterly run the monthly billing cycle, ensuring timely delivery of customer invoices. Your role will involve providing assistance to internal teams and collaborating with various departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
