You are skilled in architecting solutions that meet complex regulatory and compliance requirements, ensuring data residency and auditability for enterprise customers.

You possess deep expertise in AWS and container orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Your experience includes developing multi-cloud solutions and managing capacity across different environments. You are comfortable leading technical initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

You are a strong communicator, able to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer at Baseten, you will architect and lead the development of infrastructure and platform features tailored for enterprise customers. This includes enabling self-hosted and single-tenant clusters, as well as implementing region-aware request routing. You will work on initiatives such as multi-cloud capacity management and efficient model serving using advanced GPU technologies.

You will lead technical initiatives to productize secure and scalable private connectivity solutions, ensuring that our infrastructure meets the highest standards of security and compliance. Your role will involve designing and implementing solutions that address the complex regulatory requirements of our customers, including data residency and auditability.

You will collaborate closely with other engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure that the platform meets the needs of our enterprise clients. You will also mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their roles. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our platform and the satisfaction of our customers.
