What you'll do

As an Engineering Manager at Bazaarvoice, you will lead a team of software engineers in the Content & Creators team — your role will involve mentoring engineers, guiding them through technical challenges, and fostering a collaborative environment. You will work closely with Product Managers and Designers to define the product roadmap and set the technical direction for your team.

You will be responsible for ensuring that your team delivers high-quality, scalable solutions that meet the needs of our clients — this includes overseeing the development process, conducting code reviews, and implementing best practices in software engineering. Your hands-on technical leadership will be crucial in pushing the boundaries of what our platform can achieve.

You will also play a key role in hiring and building a diverse team — your focus on inclusivity will help create a supportive environment where all team members feel valued and empowered to contribute their ideas. You will collaborate with other departments to ensure that the engineering team is aligned with the overall business strategy and objectives.
