What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager at Celonis, you will be responsible for building and leading a new engineering team dedicated to an exciting project aimed at enhancing process observability across organizational boundaries. You will oversee the development of innovative solutions that empower customers to share knowledge and data with their business partners, ultimately driving process improvements across value chains. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, including Product Management and UX, to ensure that the engineering team is aligned with the overall product vision and goals.

You will manage the performance and career development of your team members, conducting regular one-on-one meetings to provide feedback and support their growth.
