What you'll do

As a Customer Solutions Engineer, you will lead the discovery and development of technical solutions, focusing on building and enhancing integrations that drive value for customers. You will collaborate with customers to discover, design, and implement these solutions, ensuring that they maximize the value of Beekeeper. You will be a key member of the Customer Solutions team, working throughout all customer phases to bring your deep technical expertise and product knowledge to ensure customers' success. Your responsibilities will include managing multiple customer projects and addressing complex technical challenges, while also working closely with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.
