Overview

Zuora is hiring a Customer Solution Engineer to provide technical advice and strategic partnership to customers. You'll leverage your expertise in Order to Cash and enterprise integrations to guide clients in scaling their subscription businesses.

Who you are

You have a strong background in technical advisory roles, particularly in the context of subscription-based business models. Your experience with Order to Cash processes and enterprise integrations allows you to effectively guide customers in optimizing their operations. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate with both technical teams and executives to ensure alignment on business goals.

Your ability to troubleshoot complex challenges and provide strategic insights is complemented by your understanding of financial and revenue systems. You are adept at balancing technical problem-solving with strategic advisory, making you a trusted partner for clients looking to enhance their digital experiences.

Desirable

Experience with Zuora's platform or similar subscription management tools is a plus. Familiarity with best practices in subscription business architecture will help you excel in this role. A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies will be beneficial as you dive deep into the Zuora platform.

What you'll do

As a Customer Solution Engineer at Zuora, you will be responsible for becoming an expert in the Zuora platform and guiding customers on how to best architect their subscription businesses. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the solutions provided are both technically sound and aligned with the customers' business objectives.
