What you'll do

In this role, you will be a technical driver within a specialized, agile team. You will take ownership of the architecture and development of Belkins Home, a high-load ecosystem that serves as the mission control for the sales organization. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing features for omnichannel communication, campaign orchestration, and AI-powered insights.

You will collaborate closely with product managers and other engineers to ensure that the solutions you build meet the needs of users and align with the company's strategic goals. Your work will involve integrating AI technologies to optimize sales workflows and enhance predictive metrics, as well as managing vast amounts of lead data through intelligent filtering techniques.

You will also be responsible for maintaining high performance and reliability in the applications you develop. This includes monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing improvements based on user feedback and analytics. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the engineering team, mentoring junior engineers and sharing your knowledge and expertise.
