What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and scaling Betterleap's platform, focusing on both frontend and backend components. You will work closely with product managers and designers to translate user requirements into technical specifications, ensuring that the applications are user-friendly and efficient. You will also optimize existing systems and implement new features that enhance the overall functionality of the platform.
You will take ownership of the development process, from initial design through deployment and maintenance. This includes writing clean, maintainable code, conducting code reviews, and mentoring junior engineers. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and debugging issues as they arise, ensuring that the platform remains reliable and performant.
