What you'll do

In this role, you will own the entire move-in process, acting as the main point of contact for new Belong residents. You will work cross-functionally with the Operations team to QA and review homes once they are listed, monitoring ongoing improvements to ensure a smooth move-in experience. You will coordinate with external parties, such as HOA associations and utility companies, to gather all necessary information for seamless move-ins. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Experience team to ensure that the resident hand-off post move-in is detailed and thorough, addressing any follow-up items that may arise.
