You are a proactive individual with a passion for customer success and onboarding. You have a strong ability to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English, ensuring that clients feel supported and informed throughout their onboarding journey. Your focus is on helping clients maximize the benefits of the Skello platform, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can contribute to product development based on customer feedback.
You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and are dedicated to following up with clients during their initial months to ensure they are fully utilizing the tool. You are a problem solver who can identify and analyze issues that clients may face, working closely with the product team to propose solutions and enhancements.
What you'll do
As a Junior Customer Onboarding Manager, you will be responsible for training new clients on how to effectively use the Skello platform. You will guide them through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand all features and functionalities. Your role will involve monitoring client portfolios for the first four months to guarantee maximum satisfaction and tool usage. You will act as the voice of the customer internally, providing valuable insights to the product team to help shape future developments.
You will also identify opportunities to propose new services to clients, aiming to increase monthly recurring revenue (MRR). Your contributions will directly impact the success of clients and the growth of Skello in the Spanish market.
