What you'll do

As a Leasing Advisor at Belong, you will manage a portfolio of approximately 25 active listings, ensuring they receive healthy interest and meet your personal goals for resident placements. You will oversee the entire leasing process, from resident application processing to lease execution, while maintaining a high level of communication with homeowners.

Your role involves providing weekly updates to homeowners, reviewing their homes' interest levels, and offering feedback on leads and applications. You will work closely with your team to ensure that you meet individual and collective targets, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
