What you'll do

As a Leasing Advisor at Belong, you will closely manage a portfolio of approximately 25 active listings, ensuring healthy interest and striving to meet your personal love goal. You will perform all leasing activities, including resident application processing and lease execution, while providing proactive updates to homeowners about resident interest and market conditions. Your role will involve maintaining a service level agreement of 95%+ for quick responses, further enhancing customer satisfaction. You will participate in regular team reviews and one-on-ones to ensure you are meeting individual and collective team targets.
