What you'll do

In this role, you will own the home journey from inspection through to move-in, ensuring that each step reflects Belong's commitment to quality. You will translate inspection findings into actionable tasks, coordinating with contractors and managing schedules to keep projects on track. Your ability to chase down blockers and re-sequence work on the fly will be crucial as you navigate the complexities of home preparation. You will be responsible for managing revenues executed and timelines, ensuring that every home is ready for its new residents without delays. Your structured and organized approach will help you juggle multiple homes, vendors, and deadlines effectively, maintaining momentum until keys are handed over.
