What you'll do
As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will report directly to a Site Leader and play a crucial role in the operations team. Your primary responsibilities will include picking and packing products efficiently to meet customer demands. You will also be involved in receiving products and ensuring that inventory is managed effectively. Working closely with delivery riders, you will help facilitate the timely delivery of orders to customers, contributing to a seamless customer experience.
You will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration and innovation. Your role will require you to be proactive in identifying areas for improvement within the warehouse operations.
