What you'll do

As the Home Quality Coordinator, you will own the critical process of delivering spotless, move-in-ready homes. Your responsibilities include sourcing and onboarding high-quality cleaning vendors across all active markets, scheduling cleanings for every home, and ensuring coordination with other home preparation steps. You will establish and enforce cleaning quality standards aligned with Belong's brand, conducting quality checks through direct oversight or vendor feedback loops. Your role will involve partnering with inspections, repairs, photography, and listings teams to ensure that every space shines and every resident walks into a home that feels brand new.
