You're comfortable using AI and data to make informed decisions, and you're a proactive problem-solver who can move quickly without sacrificing accuracy.

Desirable

Experience with market data analysis or familiarity with the real estate industry would be a plus, as would any exposure to AI tools that assist in pricing strategies.

What you'll do

As a Pricing Associate, you'll be the go-to person for turning inspection findings into cost-effective, realistic repair pricing. You'll review inspection findings and scopes of work to identify all needed repairs and improvements, generating repair pricing using AI tools and market data. Your role will involve prioritizing multiple pricing requests simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and refining benchmarks to ensure competitive pricing. You'll collaborate closely with the Home Quality Team to ensure that every step of the process meets Belong's standards of quality.
