You are a seasoned operations leader with a proven track record in managing large-scale onboarding processes. You thrive in environments that demand precision and operational excellence, and you have a deep understanding of how to implement systems that ensure quality and efficiency. Your experience has equipped you with the skills to oversee complex operations and drive improvements that enhance the customer experience.
You possess a strong analytical mindset, capable of leveraging data and AI to optimize processes. You understand the importance of detail and have a passion for creating seamless experiences for customers. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and empowers teams to achieve their best work.
What you'll do
In this role, you will architect the AI-driven system that powers Belongβs inspections and onboarding nationwide. You will manage the entire onboarding process, ensuring that every detail is executed to six sigma standards. Your responsibilities will include overseeing quality assurance inspections and post-QA repairs, eliminating defects before they reach the resident. You will guarantee a perfect move-in experience for every Belong resident, ensuring that no exceptions are made.
You will run Open Home tours across the country, bringing precision and reliability to every interaction. As a key member of the leadership team, you will report directly to the CEO and play a crucial role in the long-term success of Belong. Your work will be at the heart of the companyβs mission to transform homeownership and renting in America.
