You have a general working knowledge of basic web-based software applications, which will help you manage tasks efficiently. You are physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 49 pounds during your shifts, ensuring that you can handle the demands of the job. Your attention to detail and commitment to following procedures will help maintain a clean and organized work environment.

What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in the operations team by picking and packing items for dispatch to customers. You will receive and unpack pallets of products from vendors, ensuring that the physical inventory count matches the purchase order and resolving any discrepancies. Managing inventory and re-shelving canceled orders will be part of your daily responsibilities, as well as cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility.

You will also manage waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices, ensuring that products are handled safely and efficiently. Contacting customers for substituted or out-of-stock items will be part of your role, as well as handling, scanning, and moving products in a well-organized manner. You will be required to work in freezer locations periodically throughout your shifts, demonstrating your adaptability and willingness to take on various tasks.
