Who you are
You have a strong background as a Salesforce Administrator, with experience in configuring and maintaining Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ. Your expertise in product catalogs, pricing rules, and approval workflows allows you to enhance system functionality effectively. You possess deep CPQ expertise and are skilled in managing user access, profiles, permission sets, and security controls. Your strong cross-functional collaboration skills enable you to partner effectively with Sales, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, and Accounting teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. You have a keen interest in integration technologies like Workato and AI-powered automation, which you leverage to drive automation and support company growth.
Desirable
Experience with system audits, data audits, and troubleshooting issues is a plus. Familiarity with documenting workflows, business requirements, and technical specifications will help you excel in this role.
What you'll do

You will conduct system audits and data audits regularly, troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise to maintain system integrity. Documenting workflows, business requirements, and technical specifications will be part of your responsibilities, ensuring that all processes are well-documented and easily accessible for future reference. Your contributions will directly impact Benchling's growth and efficiency, making you a key player in the company's mission to unlock the power of biotechnology.
