What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of the Salesforce platform, ensuring it meets the needs of the Revenue Operations team. You will design and implement Salesforce solutions that enhance business processes and drive efficiency. Your responsibilities will include configuring and managing Salesforce CPQ, where you will create and maintain product rules, pricing structures, and quote templates.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. Your role will involve troubleshooting issues and optimizing the Salesforce platform to ensure it operates at peak performance. You will also be responsible for training team members on Salesforce best practices and new features, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

As part of the Revenue Operations team, you will contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at increasing revenue and productivity. You will analyze data and provide insights that inform decision-making and help shape the direction of the Salesforce platform. Your work will directly impact the success of the Go-To-Market organization at Postman.
