What you'll do

In this role, you will design, improve, and secure the systems that support BenchSci's global workforce. You will take pride in ensuring these systems are reliable and practical for daily use. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting technical issues, implementing system improvements, and collaborating with IT leadership to align technology with business needs. You will also be involved in scaling the IT environment thoughtfully, ensuring that it meets the demands of a growing organization.

You will actively use AI tools to improve diagnostics, automate workflows, and enhance documentation. Your hands-on approach will be essential as you engage with employees to understand their technology needs and provide timely support. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the IT department.

What we offer

BenchSci offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $115,000, reflecting our commitment to attracting top talent.
